Pick a product category (i.e., meal replacement drinks). Then, pick two different brands that are targeted to two different market segments (i.e., Slimfast and Boost). Describe the target audience (demographically, psychographically, usage rate, benefits sought) for each brand. You should have three paragraphs. The first paragraph should simply state the product category and brands and provide a web link to both brands. The second paragraph should describe the target market for the first brand, and the last paragraph should describe the target market for the second brand.

Buick cars. Targeted to older, successful people. They want comfort over speed. gm.com ( I don’t work for them)

BMW cars. Targeted to younger professional workers. They want speed over comfort.
